Disclaimer: Nerugii is a closed species, so only I can create them ; v ; What are Nerugii? Nerugii are humanoid creatures that are also known as energy collectors that originally come from the underworld. Their name is inspired by the Japanese translation of  'energy,' which is 'Enerugī.' As they collect energy in their tails, they become more awake and well-known in society. Without much energy, Nerugii are forced to wear containers holding portable energy that are cloud-shaped on their bodies as substitutes. They are also able to retract their ears and tail (without depleting their source of power) to blend in with the human crowd.
